Looking for 1 professional roommate to share newer furnished Airdrie home in Cooper’s Crossing with existing responsible roommates (2 males, 1 female). All roommates are professionals, looking for someone who is compatible. This is not a party house!

Will consider roommates in their mid-20’s or older, clean, responsible, employed, drug-free and non-smoking. As consideration to other renters and neighbours, parties are not allowed, cleaning of common areas is shared. Nice deck, BBQ and firepit in back yard. Great walking/running pathway within 1 block. Top of the line appliances, including washer/dryer.

Utilities, internet, basic cable TV included. Not suitable for a couple to share the room, or part-time parent.
